Quarter Beef of Angus

The Quarter Beef Order, commonly referred to as a "split half", is an evenly divided portion of a side of beef. We do this to ensure equal shares as the front and back cuts differ. Again, this applies ONLY to Quarter Orders. If you ordered a half or whole beef, you will not have split cuts.

Your Quarter Beef Order includes the following standard cuts:
(Steaks are 1" thick) **

  • Ribeye Steak
  • T-Bone Steak
  • Tenderloin Filets
  • Sirloin Steak
  • Flank Steak
  • Roasts
  • Round Steak Tenderized
  • Ground Beef
  • Stew Meat

**If you prefer a steak thickness other than 1", this is available at an additional cost.

  • Average Hanging Weight: 200 lbs. +/- 25 lbs.
  • Approximate Freezer space needed: 12 cubic feet
  • Only $5/lb. for all cuts of Angus and includes processing!

Half Beef of Angus

The Half Beef Order, which is commonly referred to as a "side of beef," gives the customer more options to choose from when it comes to selecting what cuts they want. If the customer chooses to order a half of beef, or a "side", they will not have split the cuts. Additional custom cuts are available ONLY with Half or Whole Beef Orders. Customers can request to have custom cuts rather than the standard 1" and this can be done for an additional cost.

Whole Beef of Angus

The Whole Beef Order offers the largest amount of meat and gives the customer the most options when it comes to selecting cuts of meat. If the customer chooses to order a Whole Beef there will be no cuts shared or split. They will receive both sides of steaks and twice as much ground hamburger as they would with a Half Order. Additional custom cuts are also available ONLY with half or whole beef orders at the request of the customer and will be done for an additional cost.

Quarter Beef of Angus/Wagyu Cross

The Angus / Wagyu Beef Order, or "split half," will be divided into even portions the same as the Angus Quarter. Since the rear quarter and the front quarter differ in available cuts, we divide them so you will receive a variety of beef cuts. Again, this applies ONLY to Quarter Orders. If you ordered a half or whole beef, the cuts are not split.

Commonly referred to as a "side of beef", the Angus / Wagyu Half Beef Order has more options when deciding what cuts of delicious beef to choose from. If the customer chooses to order a half of beef or a "side" they will not have to split the cuts like they would with a quarter of beef. The customer may request additional custom cuts which are ONLY available with Half or Whole Beef Orders. These custom cuts are at an additional cost.
